Research-use requirements

Products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not medicines, foods, cosmetics, or veterinary products and are not offered for diagnostic, therapeutic, prophylactic, human, or animal use.

• Purchasers must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate organizational and intended-use information.
• Products may not be administered to, ingested by, or otherwise used in humans or animals.
• CareMed does not provide dosing, reconstitution, treatment, or medical guidance.
• Orders may be reviewed, held, limited, cancelled, or refunded when information is incomplete or activity appears inconsistent with research use.
• Purchasers are responsible for lawful handling, storage, disposal, and compliance in their jurisdiction.

Shipping and fulfillment

Orders are shipped to eligible United States addresses. In-stock orders are generally processed within one business day and sent using the shipping method displayed at checkout. Tracking information is provided when available.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Orders may be delayed for verification, weather, carrier disruption, inventory review, or compliance screening. Customers should contact support promptly regarding damaged, missing, or temperature-compromised shipments.

Refund, return, and cancellation policy

Unopened, unused products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery after receiving return authorization. Because product integrity and chain of custody cannot be re-established, opened, reconstituted, used, improperly stored, or temperature-compromised products are not returnable.

Report damaged, incorrect, or missing items within 48 hours of delivery and include the order number, photographs, packaging, and lot information. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Orders cancelled before fulfillment may be refunded; shipped orders cannot normally be cancelled.

Privacy policy

CareMed collects information needed to review orders, process payment, provide shipping, prevent fraud, satisfy compliance obligations, and support customers. This may include identity, contact, organization, intended-use, transaction, device, and shipment information.

Payment-card data is handled by the payment processor and is not stored by this website. Information may be shared with payment, fraud-prevention, hosting, analytics, shipping, legal, and regulatory service providers as reasonably necessary. CareMed does not sell personal information.

Terms of sale

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase and does not require CareMed to accept it. CareMed may request verification, correct catalog errors, impose quantity limits, reject prohibited destinations, or cancel orders inconsistent with these terms.

Certificates of Analysis report results for the identified lot and do not constitute clinical evidence, medical advice, or authorization for human or animal use. Purchasers agree not to mislabel, repackage, resell, or represent products as approved drugs, supplements, treatments, or consumer products.
